Consulting
Initial consultations are at no charge, of course. We will be pleased to meet with you, if possible, or teleconference to discuss your project's purpose, goals and scope. We will gather the necessary information to assess specific requirements, then provide a quotation for your project's design and development or for continuing consultation. Search Engine Optimization
Believe it or not, this may be your number one marketing tool. Initial service is automatically included if we develop your site. But if you have an existing site that's not drawing visitors, we can possibly help. Please see the sidebar regarding this subject.
Marketing
We can help market your new or existing presence on the Web through Target Marketing, Search Engine Positioning, Pay Per Click programs, Affiliate programs, Link Trading and Opt-In Email programs (not spam).
Site Redesign
If you have an older site that needs updating or one with which you're unhappy, we would be pleased to evaluate the site and make recommendations.
Design
We will creatively design your Web site based on its purpose, goals, scope and specific requirements. Existing company logos, colors and textual content can be integrated into the design. With your approval, a design concept will be selected for the home page, navigation scheme, supporting pages and sub-pages ... the basic site structure.
Development
This is where we take the design concept and make it real. In the development stage the textual content, graphic images, photography and other elements are formatted, optimized and integrated into the site. If Flash™ animation or other multimedia elements are required, they are produced and integrated. Backend issues such as database integration are addressed and resolved; scripts are tested and debugged. Every element of the site is checked, rechecked and then tested on a variety of browsers, monitors and operating systems to make sure it functions properly. This process leads to a beta launch, adjustments if necessary and final approval from the client.
Site Launch
We will upload the site via FTP to the designated Web hosting company and assure that the site functions properly "live" on the Web. The site is then registered with search engines. At this point the project is signed off and the site becomes yours. We remain available to fix "bugs" for 30 days after launch.
Maintenance
Over the life of a Web site, it's necessary to make changes to the textual content, products, prices, numbers, names, addresses or other Web page elements. Information may need to be added, deleted or edited on a daily, weekly, monthly or yearly basis. It is also desirable to put a "fresh face" on your Web site from time to time. We will be pleased to handle this content maintenance for you. Our services can also include periodic analysis of Search Engine Optimization and resubmittal. We will be pleased to provide maintenance contracts on a monthly or yearly basis. Or, if you prefer, we can service your maintenance on an "as required" basis, charged by the hour.
